弁護士とクライアントとの間における秘匿特権。
法律上の助言を求めるにさいし、attorney*（弁護士）とclient*（依頼主）との間で交わされたコミュニケイションは、それに関する証拠提出やdiscovery*（開示手続）での開示を拒否することができるというprivilege*（特権）．
